We offer free shipping to the U.S. and most international locations for standard items fulfilled by our global partners.
- Orders are processed in 1–7 business days
- Most items ship within 1–5 business days after processing
- Delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks, depending on your location and carrier
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item ships

Delivery time varies by location, but most orders arrive within 2–6 weeks after shipping.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. Track your package anytime on our Tracking Page.

Your items may arrive in separate packages because we ship directly from multiple manufacturers to offer you the best value.
Don’t worry—your full order is on the way, even if it arrives in two (or three+) packages.
How can I track my order?
How can I track my order?
Go to our Tracking Page page and enter your order number and the email or phone number used at checkout. You can also enter your tracking number directly.
If your order shipped in multiple parts (e.g., 0000-F1, 0000-F2), click on each tracking ID to view individual statuses. Items included in each package are listed at the bottom of the page.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

It’s totally normal for tracking updates to pause for a while during international transit. Once your package clears customs and enters your local postal system, tracking will update again—usually when your package is close to delivery.

What is Moody Quick Ship?
Moody Quick Ship items are select products we stock and ship directly from within the U.S. These pieces are already on hand, which means you’ll get them faster than items fulfilled by our overseas partners.
- Ships in 1–3 business days
- Arrives in 3–5 business days (U.S. only, excluding territories)
- Shipping cost: $7 flat rate, or FREE shipping on U.S. orders over $75
- Ships separately from other items in your order

We offer store credit or exchanges for eligible items returned within:
- 15 days of purchase (for in-person sales), or
- 15 days of delivery (for online orders)
We do not offer refunds for returns unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or undeliverable.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. However, we may be able to make address, size, or color changes if the item hasn’t shipped yet.
Please email info@twomoody.com as soon as possible for any order changes. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes or offer a refund.
If your order can't be changed in time and still ships, you're welcome to:
- Recycle it
- Donate it
- Enjoy it 😉
- Or return it for store credit once delivered.

Yes! We offer exchanges within 15 days of purchase or delivery.

Yes! We offer free shipping to most countries.

Are there any customs fees for international orders?
Are there any customs fees for international orders?
Some countries charge import taxes and duties when a package reaches customs. Two Moody is not responsible for these charges.
By ordering, you agree to accept any customs fees that may be applied.
That said—customs fees are rare, especially for orders to the U.S.

Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments so you can split your purchase into flexible payments.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
We’ll issue a refund if you receive an incorrect item.
Please email us at info@twomoody.com with a description and photo so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Note: Your bank may take a few business days to post the refund to your account.
Why is the buttonhole on my item closed?
Why is the buttonhole on my item closed?
Some items—like jeans, skirts, and shorts—may arrive with a closed buttonhole to show the item is brand new and unworn.
You can carefully open it using scissors or a seam ripper. If you’re unable to open it, contact us for help.
⚠️ Please note: This is not considered a defect, and Two Moody is not liable for any injuries caused when opening the stitching. Purchase at your own risk.
