We offer free shipping to most countries around the world. Once you place your order, please allow one to seven business days for the order to be processed. Once processed, your order will typically ship within one to five days. However, some items may occasionally take longer to ship. After your product ships, it takes about 2-6 weeks for it to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times. Your order can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to reach your doorstep. Once your products ship, we will send you a tracking number, so you can track your shipment every step of the way. Track your order and see your order's estimated date of arrival on our tracking page.
Why is my order in multiple packages?

Occasionally, if purchasing more than one item, some items may be shipped separately. This is because we ship directly from our manufacturers to save you money, and we use multiple manufacturers for various products. Don't worry - your entire order will arrive, even if it's in two (or three+) different packages!
How can I track my order?
How can I track my order?
You can track your order by going to our Track My Order page and inputting either your order number and your email/phone number or your tracking number. The status of your package will then be displayed.
If your order has shipped in multiple packages, your order number will be displayed in multiple parts (ex. Order 0000-F1, 0000-F2). You can track their separate statuses at the top under the track button.
The order number that is not underline is what is currently being displayed. Click the underlined order numbers to display the other tracking statuses. At the bottom of the page, you will see which items are included in the package.

Why is my tracking number not updating?

It's normal and expected for tracking to not update for several weeks while it travels overseas, passes into customs, and gets registered into the local system. Please give your package some time to enter your country. The next time your tracking number updates, it's very likely that your package is close to delivery.

We only offer store credit and exchanges for items returned within 15 days of the date of purchase for in-person transactions or within 15 days of successful delivery for online orders. We currently do not offer refunds for returns. For more information, please refer our Refund Policy.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or refund the order. Changes to the order on aspects such as shipping address, size, and color may be possible if items have not been processed for shipping. Please contact info@twomoody.com as soon as possible for any changes to your order.
Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the change. After your order has been shipped, we can no longer modify it or offer a refund for the order. We are not responsible if the order cannot be delivered due to a wrong address being entered during checkout and it was unable to be changed before shipping.
So if you ask for your order to be canceled or changed but still receive your original order, then please go ahead and do one of four things: recycle it, donate it, enjoy it, or return it for store credit.

We offer free shipping to most countries around the world! If you are not sure if we ship to your country or are unable to complete checkout due to the shipping location, please contact us at info@twomoody.com.
Are there any custom fees for international orders?
Are there any custom fees for international orders?
Some countries may charge import taxes and duties upon items reaching customs in the destination county. Two Moody is not responsible for any such custom fees. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and receive custom fees when they arrive in your country. However, getting charged import taxes and duties very rarely happens, especially when shipping products to the United States.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
We provide refunds if you have received the wrong item. Please email info@twomoody.com to receive assistance with this matter. Please remember it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Why is the buttonhole on my item closed?
Why is the buttonhole on my item closed?
Some items, such as jeans, shorts, skirts, skorts, etc., may come with a buttonhole that is not open. Some of our manufacturers choose to leave the buttonhole sewn shut to show that the item is new and unworn.
If this happens, you can take a small pair of scissors or a seam ripper to open the hole. If you are unable to open the hole, please contact us. We are not able to guarantee a refund in this instance.
Two Moody LLC is not liable for any injuries that may occur while trying to open the buttonhole. Please purchase at your own risk.
