Shipping policy

🕐 Processing & Delivery Times

We work with trusted suppliers and manufacturers around the world to fulfill most orders. After your order is placed, please allow 1–7 business days for processing. Once your item is ready to ship:

  • Standard items typically ship within 1–5 business days
  • Delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks, depending on location and carrier
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can track your package any time here.

🚚 Shipping Fees & Delivery Breakdown

🌍 Standard Items (Global Fulfillment):

  • Free shipping to the U.S. and most international locations
  • Fulfilled by our global partners
  • Delivery estimated within 2–6 weeks

🇺🇸 Moody Quick Ship Items:

  • Stocked and shipped directly by us from within the U.S.
  • Ships in 1–3 business days
  • Delivered within 3–5 business days (U.S. only)
  • $7 flat shipping fee, or FREE U.S. shipping on Quick Ship orders over $75
  • Ships separately from other items in your order
  • Not available for U.S. territories or international shipping

If you're unable to check out, shipping may not be available in your region at this time. Some suppliers may not be able to ship specific items to certain countries. In such cases, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for any affected items.


💸 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Some countries may charge import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the buyer. While this is rare—especially for U.S. orders—it is a possibility when ordering internationally.


📬 Pick-Up Orders

If your package is marked as available for pick-up, we’ll email instructions before the collection deadline.

  • If no instructions are sent, and the package is not collected, we’ll either refund or reship your order.
  • If instructions are sent and the item is not picked up in time, we cannot reship or refund the order.

📝 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
You may request corrections (e.g., address, size, color) if your order has not yet shipped.
Email us at info@twomoody.com as soon as possible for any corrections. Once an order is in transit, we cannot make changes or issue a refund.


🚫 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • If the address is incorrect and the package is undeliverable, the shipping company may dispose of the item. These are not returned to us.
  • We cannot refund or reship orders returned or destroyed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If Two Moody made an address error, we will take full responsibility and reship or refund your order at no additional charge.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

  • We will contact the shipping carrier to verify delivery and, if applicable, initiate a delivery investigation.
  • If the carrier confirms the package was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
  • If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will reship your order at no charge or refund your payment.

If your package is lost in transit (before delivery is confirmed), we will work with the carrier. If it cannot be located, we’ll refund or reship your order.
